• Payment Information: GCash transaction details (screenshot, reference number)
• Guest Information: Names of photo uploaders (optional)

Photos and images uploaded to the platform, including metadata (upload date, file size).

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
• Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the photo collection service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related emails (confirmations, updates)
• Improve and optimize our platform

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Storage Location

Photos are stored securely using Cloudinary, a third-party cloud storage service with servers in multiple regions. Account data is stored in secure databases in the Philippines.

• Secure authentication with OTP verification
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls and authorization checks
• Automatic logout after inactivity

4.3 Data Retention

Photos are stored for the duration of your selected plan (30, 60, or 90 days). After expiration, all photos are permanently deleted within 7 days. Account information is retained until you request deletion.

We share information only in these circumstances:

• Payment processors (GCash verification)

5.2 Legal Requirements

Photos uploaded to events are visible to anyone with the event URL or QR code, as intended by the event organizer.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Export: Download all your photos before expiration
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (service emails still sent)
